Location: Tajikistan, Khujand, territory of the south-western industrial zone
Total area: 320 hectares, as a separate (bounded) part of Tajikistan’s territory
Term: 25 years
Type: Industrial and innovation zone
Management structure: Administration of FEZ “Sughd”
Chronology of development: The decision to create FEZ took place on 2 May 2008, the Regulation of FEZ approved by the Parliament on 29 October 2008, the decision to establish the Administration took place on 7 March 2009, the Administration began functioning on August 18th 2009, and a year later on August 18th 2010, the first companies passed registration as FEZ entities.
